Through planned giving, you can select ways to give that help you meet your goals—and The Patriot Legacy
Education Foundation’s. You can:-
- Earn income, pay fewer taxes, and secure your retirement
- Enhance your net estate
- Create a legacy
- Be recognized for your generosity
Many employers offer a matching gift program to eligible employees. If you or your spouse works for a
matching gift company, your gift to PLEF may be doubled or tripled simply by completing a form that is
available from your employer. Please check directly with your HR representative to see if your company has a
matching gift program.
As a donor, you will be credited with the total contribution, including your corporate match. Not only does the
size of your gift increase, but you will be recognized in the giving category of you and your company’s total
gift.
A gift of your real property (such as your home, vacation property, vacant land, farmland or ranch or
commercial property) can make a great gift to the School. If you own appreciated real property, you can avoid
paying capital gains tax and receive a charitable income tax deduction by making a gift to us.

LEAVE A LEGACY
The PLEF Legacy Club honors individuals and couples who have generously named The Patriot Legacy Education Foundation as a beneficiary in the following ways:
- In their estate plans, such as a will, living trust, life insurance policy and/or retirement account.
- In a planned gift such as a charitable remainder trust, charitable gift annuity, life estate, donor advised fund or charitable lead trust.
Since most of these generous gifts will be realized by PLEF after the donor’s lifetime, the PLEF Legacy Club was created to thank donors for their intentions during their lifetime. Through planned giving, membership in PLEF Legacy Club is based on a desire to leave a lasting legacy to benefit LFCS. No minimum amount, age
or formal documentation is required to become a member of PLEF Legacy Club. However, if you would like to provide this documentation, please be assured that it will be kept confidential.
